13th CREDAI Property Show in Hyderabad

The 13th Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Hyderabad Property Show is scheduled to take place at the HITEX Exhibition Centre on March 8–10, 2024. The statement was made in front of the senior leadership team of CREDAI Hyderabad, which includes B Jagannath Rao, general secretary, N Jaideep Reddy, president-elect, and V Rajashekar Reddy, president.

The president of CREDAI Hyderabad, V Rajashekhar Reddy, stated: “The real estate market in Hyderabad, which is frequently regarded as the most livable city in the nation, has been steadily rising. The substantial increase in real estate sales recorded in November 2023 shows that, despite growing real estate costs, the city still draws potential buyers. Comparing November 2023 to the prior year, there was a 25% increase in real estate transactions. This suggests that people have a persistent and strong desire to acquire a house in Hyderabad. 6,268 real estate transactions were completed during this time, which resulted in a sizable amount of stamp duty income. The properties’ combined worth of Rs 3.741 crores was astounding, representing a significant 29% increase in value over the same time last year.A noteworthy trend among consumers is their surprising preference for more expensive homes, which is indicative of a desire for an opulent lifestyle with amenities, security, and a strong return on investment. This move toward upscale housing highlights the city’s resiliency in the face of economic difficulties. The 13th CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show will provide prospective homeowners with a fantastic opportunity to assess the top projects in the city from the most reputable builders all under one roof.

“The booming real estate market in Hyderabad not only reflects the city’s economic stability but also showcases a real estate ecosystem built on growth, trust, and value,” stated N Jaideep Reddy, CREDAI Hyderabad’s president-elect. The market’s confidence and optimism are demonstrated by the ongoing rise in real estate transactions and stamp duty revenue. In Hyderabad, there are still chances for both buyers and sellers in the real estate market, despite obstacles like increasing property costs. Over the next two years, Hyderabad’s real estate market is expected to grow significantly, with plans to add 35–38 million square feet of top-notch business parks.
