Mahindra lifespace bought 9.4 acre land in bangalore

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development unit of the Mahindra Group, has announced the purchase of 9.4 acres in Whitefield, Bengaluru. With a gross value development of ₹ 1700 Crore and 12 lakhs square feet of FSI, the site is largely used for the construction of mid-premium residential flats.
Bengaluru is still a target market for Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., and the company is eager to increase its presence there, according to Amit Kumar Sinha, Managing Director & CEO. This is in line with our plan to increase our footprint in India’s growing cities, especially in the target markets. We are still dedicated to providing excellent projects that meet the changing needs of Bengaluru’s real estate market, as they have shown themselves to be willing to recognize and purchase superior products.
The location is in Bengaluru’s thriving Whitefield neighborhood, which provides access to tech parks, business areas, and well-developed social infrastructure, such as nearby healthcare facilities, retail establishments, and educational institutions. The Whitefield Hope Farm Metro station, which offers easy access to Bengaluru’s south and center, is also close to the property.
Mahindra Lifespaces plans to commence the project’s initial phase in the next 12 months.
