The Noida Authority to challenge High Court order

The Noida Authority has chosen to contest the court ruling, which would further delay the process, two weeks after the Allahabad High Court ordered the authority to execute registers in the names of property buyers in Cloud Nine’s Lotus Espacia housing project in Sector 100.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) was instructed to look into two real estate companies, Lotus 300 housing project in Sector 107 and Cloud 9 Projects Private Limited, in response to the homebuyers’ writ. The real estate companies are accused of transferring funds from the buyers to the Lotus Espacia housing project in Noida’s Sector 100 and postponing the project. Almost 160 purchasers have not yet completed their flat registers.In addition, the high court ordered the Noida Authority to register homes in the names of their purchasers without waiting for a no-dues certificate from the real estate companies involved in these two projects.
