Restoration of Garden and Lakes by Municipal corporation of Delhi

Delhi’s environment and infrastructure are changing dramatically as a result of this development. In the midst of urban transformation, the city is welcoming the rebirth of its iconic features in addition to the creation of revitalized lakes, verdant gardens, colourful nurseries, and green corridors.
The tomb of Begum Roshanara, the second daughter of Emperor Shah Jahan and Begum Mumtaz Mahal, was located in the garden, which covered 57 acres.
A massive reconstruction that includes a restored lake, garden, nursery, and paths is currently taking place within and surrounding the heritage site. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and other government organizations have been working on several projects to revitalize the area for the past year, one of which is bringing life back to a lifeless lake in the complex.
